Ok i gotta ask. Is there anything to the city mechanics at all? Any time i look at this game it looks broken

The game has been pretty much broken for years and rather than solidifying the code base they just kept haphazardly gluing more and more broken/unfinished content to the point that they could cancel development at anytime if not for the fact they can keep milking money out of people.
To be fair, there are plenty examples of where creators go balls deep into refactoring and fixing the game and then never manage to pull themselves out of that hole. Better something at least than nothing at all

Combat is broken
Every action relies on RNG, not on skill
You can miss multiple times in a row even at maxed out stats
And worst of all: Hard Slap's so called "stun on critical" does nothing and the enemy will still continue to act as if nothing had happened

God the combat sucks. The only good part about this is the interactions with the NPCs and somewhat the management stuff even though that stuff is broken
