hello i have a problem the game does launch i just have a screen with nothing

The first time you start the game you have to wait long enough that the screen should have a progress bar explaining it is doing initial setup, if you killed the process you likely need to delete the malformed save folder on your C drive and try again, also sometimes it just doesn't work.
